Electrical Supervisor- Industrial

 Talent Network is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Leading Hand to join a well-established industrial engineering partner in New Plymouth.  This is a hands-on leadership role within a growing prefabricated plantroom division, delivering high-quality electrical and structural projects for New Zealand’s heavy industrial and energy sectors.  

About the role  You will:  * Supervise electrical and structural plantroom build projects * Coordinate production, installation and commissioning activities * Maintain quality, safety and compliance standards * Support project scheduling and delivery * Work closely with internal teams, contractors and clients * Mentor apprentices and support their ongoing development * Occasionally travel to site for installation and commissioning work  

About you  You will ideally bring:  * Strong electrical construction experience * Previous supervisory or leading hand experience * Experience working in highly regulated industrial environments * Excellent attention to detail * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Confidence working with production schedules, QA systems and MS Office * A strong commitment to health, safety and quality
