Your role as Technical lead:    

As Technical lead, you are responsible for driving the technical excellence and delivery of the organisation's switchboard manufacturing projects. Working as a key interface from concept/enquiry, quoting and design and oversight of technical execution and project delivery.  Day to day you will utilise your stronghold of industry knowledge and expertise to ensure the successful end-end delivery of projects with a focus on technical excellence and best practice.  

About you - your skills and expertise.  

 Based on the technical nature of the role, we envision you to have:   A wealth of knowledge within the switchboard design and installations sector (5+ years)  A proven background in providing technical leadership and service delivery within the switchboard design/manufacturing industry Strong electrical design skills within LV/MV switchgear with a high knowledge of relevant AS/NZS standards and industry regulations A strong leader with great interpersonal skills and an affinity to ensure technical excellence and client satisfaction Commercial awareness and business acumen   A natural client focus with ability to liase with clients, deliver technical recommendations and grow on existing relationships
